How do I book a tour?
Browse our tours page, select a package and click 'Book This Tour'. Fill in the contact form and we will confirm availability within 24 hours.
Can I customize a tour?
Absolutely. Contact us with your preferences and our team will build a custom itinerary around your dates, budget and interests.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure on most tours. Within 7 days, a 50% fee applies. No-shows are non-refundable.
Is travel insurance included?
No. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance separately. We can suggest reputable providers.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. Groups of 6 or more receive a 10% discount. Contact us for a custom group quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and bank transfer.
